The Fields Park remains closed to the public due to ongoing safety concerns stemming from the fire-damaged Centennial Mills building adjacent to the park.
The closure applies to all areas of the park, including the off-leash dog area, playground, lawn, and walking paths.
Before the park can reopen, required cleaning, environmental, and safety protocols must be completed to ensure the area is safe for employees, contractors, and the public. Park staff and safety partners are continuing to coordinate the necessary assessments and cleanup activities.
