D4C has $7,293 available for fast-turnaround micro grants for community-based organizations serving Portland’s 4th District.
Organizations may request $300–$749 for small, ready-to-go projects that build community, support underrepresented communities, improve outreach, promote resilience, or care for the local environment. Additionally, projects that have occurred in 2026 that would have been eligible can apply retroactively.
