Prosper Portland’s Building Energy Efficiency (BEE) Grant Program supports small businesses and small commercial building owners by providing funding for energy efficient upgrades that reduce energy usage and cost, create health benefits, and increase business resilience.
Funded by the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF), this grant is available to commercial building owners and small businesses (with 50 or fewer employees) for buildings less than 40,000 square feet that are located within the City of Portland.
Grant applications are evaluated on a rolling basis.
