August 20 Workshop Agenda
Attached is the agenda for the August 20 Strategic Alignment Workshop. We should have about half of the Board in attendance. If you’re not able to come, there are a couple NAs who are sending someone to represent their NA in the discussion. No voting will be taking place at this workshop. I will be ordering food, so if you haven’t RSVP’d please let me know. Looking forward to a great discussion.

D4C Reporting Updates (City of Portland Grant Agreement)
Last fiscal year, I wrote that we will no longer be requiring NAs to report volunteer hours. This stays true! We hope that this opens up some time for you to focus on what you’re doing in the community. To address some of the concerns that I have heard regarding this change, I am including an outline of our reporting structure, and how it fits into our obligations with our agreement with the City of Portland. Also, please find attached our FY25-26 Final Report submitted to the City of Portland.
Westside Watersheds
As many of you know, Westside Watersheds is a program of D4C – helping to restore and maintain healthy watersheds on the west side of the river. If you haven’t yet connected with Seth yet for a presentation in your NA meeting or on potential projects for Fall, you can reach him at manager@westsidewatersheds.org.
