An election of members of the Board of Directors will be held online from Tuesday, February 10 until 8PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2025 to fill three positions with expiring terms. The three candidates receiving the most votes for the expiring terms will be elected to 3-year terms. Voters may write-in a candidate. If necessary, a tie will be resolved by lots or agreement of the subject candidates. Voting will only be available online.
