An election of members of the Board of Directors will be held online from Tuesday, February 11 until 8PM on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 to fill four positions with expiring terms and one partial term. The four candidates receiving the most votes for the expiring terms will be elected to 3-year terms. The candidate receiving the most votes for the partial term will be elected to a 2-year term. Voters may write-in a candidate. If necessary, a tie will be resolved by lots or agreement of the subject candidates. Voting will only be available online.
