D4C is seeking bids to complete a financial review of the organization. 


The District Four Coalition a 501 C3 is seeking bids to complete a financial review of the organization.  The financial review will cover a two-year period including fiscal year 23-24 and fiscal year 24-25.  The District Four Coalition is committed to conducting this financial review in a transparent, ethical, and efficient manner. 

Bid packages can be picked up at District Four Coalition Office located at 434 NW 6th Ave Suite 202 before June 11, 2025, Monday through Thursday between 10:00 am and 3:00 PM.  Bid Packages can be mailed at cost of $10.00 by emailing your request to finance@districfourcoalition.org.

The financial review must be done by a certified public accountant, and the review must be performed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. 

Sealed bids will be accepted until June 27, 2025, close of business, 5:00 PM.  Bids received after that time will not be considered.  This financial review must be completed before November 30, 2025. 

The successful bidder will meet with the organization’s financial policy committee on an as-needed basis or twice monthly through this process.  Dates and times will be determined in advance for these biweekly meetings. 

The successful bidder will be selected on price, quality, and experience.    All vendor activities will be governed by a written contract, clearly defining terms, conditions, deliverables, and expectations.  Vendors are expected to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
