Neighborhoods
Portland’s 4th District covers the entire west side of the city, extending from Linnton and Forest Park, through the Northwest District and the west hills, into downtown, and reaching the southern boundaries of the city. On the east side of the Willamette River, the 4th District also encompasses the picturesque neighborhoods of Reed, Eastmoreland, Ardenwald, and Sellwood

The District Four Coalition, comprising 32 active neighborhood associations, is dedicated to enhancing livability across our communities. Together, we represent a quarter of Portland’s population, with over 14,000 engaged members.
