The City of Portland, in partnership with Motus Recruiting, is inviting you to participate in an upcoming listening session as we begin the search for the City’s next Office of Community-based Police Accountability Director. You are invited to participate in an upcoming listening session to help inform the selection of the next Director of the Office of Community-based Police Accountability (OCPA).
These sessions are an opportunity for Motus to gather input on the attributes, skills, and experiences that will support success in this role. Your feedback will directly inform the development of a rubric used to identify and evaluate top candidates.
We recognize that police accountability and community trust, especially within communities historically impacted by policing, require intentional listening and inclusive engagement. Your voice, perspective, and lived experience are essential to shaping this process.
