The session will introduce core housing concepts, planning considerations, and funding programs, and highlight best practices in housing development mechanisms, land use policy, and regulatory reforms that local governments can apply in different market contexts. The webinar blends concise instruction with peer learning, facilitated discussion, and breakout exercises focused on real‑world challenges.
