Now accepting applications for 2026 Metro Central Community Enhancement Grants

Metro has more than $280,000 available in grant funding to benefit the neighborhoods  of Forest Park, Cathedral Park and Linnton; the Northwest District Association; the Northwest Industrial Area; and an area directly adjacent to the St. John’s Bridge.  

The grants are awarded annually through the Metro Central Enhancement Program and fund projects that address community needs through improved neighborhood infrastructure and services, enhanced natural areas and recreational opportunities, increase waste prevention, benefit to underserved communities and more.

Who may apply?

Community organizations, non-profits, schools and school groups, and government agencies may apply for projects that occur with the grant boundary area. We encourage small organizations and organizations who have never applied to consider applying.  

Applications are due at 12:00 p.m. September 29, 2025.
