Seth enjoys working and engaging with the community to find nature-based solutions to enhance our urban landscape. His background includes community engagement, project coordination, green infrastructure, native plants and education. He most recently served as a stormwater outreach coordinator with the Green Street Steward Program at Environmental Services where he partnered with community organizations for replanting and educational events, as well as volunteer coordination.

Seth holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree and a Bachelors in International Studies, both from Portland State University. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, music, practicing Mandarin and exploring the urban environment by bike. He is excited to help build community around watershed health and stormwater management through the Westside Watershed Resource Center.
